At Café Bones, we believe in providing a positive experience to every buyer. If there is a problem with your purchase, please contact us we will do our best to help however we can.
Please understand, due to the nature of the goods, we cannot accept returns for change of mind purchases or if the treat is not to your pet’s taste.
We will cover the return postage costs if the return is due to a faulty item. Please contact us prior to sending goods back, so that we can do our best to assist you the most efficient way possible. Once the goods have been returned, you are welcomed to choose a full refund, store credit or the original goods replaced.
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your good with any issue.
For shipping, we use Australia Post, our dispatch time is within 2-4 business days. Dispatch times can potentially be longer during busy times of the year. Please be mindful once the goods have left our store, we cannot guarantee delivery times as we have no control over the Australia Post schedule and delivery times, if there is a problem however, we will do our best to assist if we can.
For orders outside Australia, please contact us so we can arrange the most efficient and cost-effective shipping.
